King's Task bugged

I did the cave in Enchanted Forest and am now at "Find more info about Lord Blackthorn in Lady Maribelle's house", but there is nothing in the house. There is no container to open with the letters inside.

I watched a walkthru on YouTube and I am looking in the right spot. It should be the house directly NW of the Arena. Am I doing something wrong?

I found out what the problem was. I had the quest turned off in Journal when I did the cave. When I opened the chest, I got 2 letters from Maribelle. I reloaded an old save and went back with Journal entry turned on. Only got 1 letter and was able to complete the quest.

This quest is scuffed and funny but genuinely feels so nostalgic for some reason. Almost creepy Lol
