What does +% Holy Damage & +% Holy Magic in the skill tree mean?

What does it actually increases?

1. The light element enchant weapon?
2. The healing?
3. Shield bash from shield enchant?
4. Only the yellow number damage from anything?
5. Holy hammer?
6. The lightning from the holy tree divine weapon?

What does it actually do???? Trying to build a holy paladin with melee. So does %Holy Damage actually benefit anything at all?

It benefits healing and damage of holy abilities, not holy enchants on weapons or shields though
