so wait, if you want to reset your stats. you have to first put points into alchemy to make a potion? what if youre maxed out already and have no skill points left?
(not that I am, but its a concern is it not?)

you can just buy it now in ertoron, at the alchemist. I spent a couple hours looking for one of the rare mats (so I could craft multiple, just in case) and had a few but decided to check vendors for more and it was for sale.
