Where is the enchant weapon/shield/arrow spell?

Hi, new to the game - sorry if this is really obvious but haven't seen this spell in any of the skill trees yet.

Enchant weapon is in combat mastery tree
Enchant arrow in archery
Enchant shield in defense

They require an Element spell from one of the Magic trees to function.

Thanks guys, after another look around I did see them. Would it work with the nature or beast element or light element?

Yes, they all have effects on Enchant skills. Even Blood element affects some skills outside of just giving you random life leech.
