Second mage vendor?

I've found a high level archery vendor with the warriors near darklands boarder, holy equipment at the cathedral, heavy armor at the gladiator's pit. Where is the high level mage vendor? I've only found the mage tower, and the placeholder necromants vendor.

I'm mainly trying to find a staff with +70% arcane/elemental damage.

There's a mage tower in the endless fields, top second to top floor has what looks decently high level but requires reputation

I've been there. I figured it was like the holy vendors. There's a monastery where you have access to gear behind an honored rep req, but then in the main city cathedral is a higher level holy vendor that sells rares. Was hoping it'd be something similar with mage.

Looking for a rare arcane/elemental staff. Found them for holy and shadow but not elemental/arcane.

High level mage vendor is there

Rep mage vendor is on the 3 floor of mage tower and sells the archmage staff (32 damage, +50% to arcane, +70% to elemental)

Thank you! This requires honored reputation? I've done all the mage quests and killed as many undead that give rep as I could find. I guess now with respawn I can go back and grind. This is the best arcane staff in the game right now?

Seems it's currently the best staff. Check also all the chests you can find )
