Don't swap back to another engine of the car that you are upgrading.

So I've spent 100k+ on R86 (C2 down to C1) just so I can downgrade it and put a turbo kit. I didn't know that when swapping back to another engine will make you lose the upgrades you purchased from first engine swap. So I didn't get my money back from the first engine swap that I did for the first time.

Just be careful on making huge upgrades xD.

The only reason I swapped back is because I was surprised that the engine actually sounded different.

Yall didnt read the pop up telling you that if you swap engines, that all the parts on that engine are gone???
I read that and thus decided not to swap engines unless im swimming in money to blow.

still doesn't makes sense, where's the engine when you swap it?
Same thing goes to the tires you use, you can change them but these don't dissapear you can just reapply them why do you consider it's "normal"

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ I made the same mistake. Bought myself an LS thinking i could make it less powerful to fit in my class than went back to the l4. Although I think it's stupid that they remove everything especially if you come from forza you know that you keep all your spares when purchased.
