Connection Error *FIXED*

issues with joining friends via steam, get some loading , then connection error, has worked fine here and there, have restarted heaps, can join fine via a private session, but we want to be able to go through traffic together with others,

Not sure if I get you right but there's no traffic in online mode. And the traffic in offline mode isn't synchronized between players. So if going through traffic togehter is all this is about, you can stop waste your time for now. Online is only for racing and freeriding atm.

i understand, we do know its not sync, but there is still some sort of traffic in offline ,when weve joined up, we had 3 of us 2 nights ago, offline, chopping traffic on the freeway,
But all of a sudden, we cant do that anymore, we get a connection error
we use online for tandom drifting etc as dont wanna be hitting random cas AI cars
But yeah more just confused on why all of a sudden we cannot conncet to eachother on offline to have traffic

yea i notice that aswell we used to be able to join friends in offline mode allowing u to do your club races and rip through traffic with friends then it just stopped working and get connection error every time unless we do online or private which we dont always like as some friends are not a high lvl yet and wouldnt be fair racing them when im c5 and there c2

Ohhh finally someone who has the same issue, okay well tbh im glad to know its just not me, That was our thing aswell, we have some that this is there first car game theyve picked up haha, but we really enjoy the traffic in offline with friends. Hopefully its fixed soon

I get connection error when trying to play with friends. It's basically unplayable with friends. Anyone know if this will be addressed, or if there is a fix I can do now for it?

i feel llike its 50.50. last 4 days ive had about 2 days where we couldnt do driving together with traffic, but last night, in the menu i saw it saaid 2 friends online, joined it and checked my map and next thing you know i could see their blue arrow, but howerver, myself i couldnt join another mate thru steam, and that mate couldnt join me thru steam, but we both could join our other mate lol

i feel llike its 50.50. last 4 days ive had about 2 days where we couldnt do driving together with traffic, but last night, in the menu i saw it saaid 2 friends online, joined it and checked my map and next thing you know i could see their blue arrow, but howerver, myself i couldnt join another mate thru steam, and that mate couldnt join me thru steam, but we both could join our other mate lol [/quote]

I think it might be a NAT issue, it is a common problem on Xbox, but I have not seen this issue on PC before. Either way, I hope they address this problem soon
