hmmm never notice since the update, but yea if i change it to double i get 54fps all the time, if i change it to single its very smooth even at solid 30fps. Thanks.
Some gamers are just beyond me lol. You'd be way better off with 1080p and some antialiasing. Trust me. Game will feel miles better on about 60fps despite lower resolution.
It's not like the textures are 4k worthy anyways.
I mean if your "gaming" routine consists of playing poor quality indie titles like truck simulator and clicker games like banana on a 2004 laptop or "gaming" on a galaxy J7 I can see where you're coming from.
Claiming 30fps smooth in 2024 is not even considered a funny troll anymore. It's already become a boring meme at this point.
That's a sign for not enough distance from eyes to screen. But I'm not gonna dictate you how you're supposed to play. Only thing I wanna say is there is definitely potential for a better experience without spending money. And it's not just about visuals. The input lag on 30fps or lower is unplayable.
Honestly can we exchange eyes because I'd love to be able to see 30fps content and call it smooth. It would make my life much cheaper.
Did you ever come to the thought that there's a reason that 144hz has basically become todays PC gaming standard and 240hz screens are about to take that spot? Did you somehow miss all the people who're moaning their game only delivers like 90fps on modern hardware?
I guess 60 fps should be standard since around 2010 now. Even most modern phones support 120hz and for good reason.
Honestly, be fkn happy that you seemingly don't know what you're missing out on.
But trust me, you could hardly be more wrong. And not just from the image quality standpoint. Ranging between 23-30 fps adds another 33-42ms of input lag ONTOP of the already existing input lag. The difference in experience on just 30ms input lag reduction is insanely huge.
