VERY Bad Frames with new update(Temp FIX)?
last night 30fps(i play in 4k and thats what my tv can do) fired it up just a couple of mins ago and its now capped at 15fps

PC Specs
Ryzen 7 5800x
RTX 2060 12GB
32gb of ram
game is installed on my 1tb M.2

Managed to fix it as we know V sync is made to reduce visual tearing and at the cost reducing performance as off the new update double Vysnc really hurts performance now off and single is your go to. i now get 30fps in 4k at high with super resolution on with 1% lows of 23 fps(without overclocked settings).. Double V sync hard capped me at 15fps

hmmm never notice since the update, but yea if i change it to double i get 54fps all the time, if i change it to single its very smooth even at solid 30fps. Thanks.

4K on a 2060 with dips to 23fps and calls it "fixed"

Some gamers are just beyond me lol. You'd be way better off with 1080p and some antialiasing. Trust me. Game will feel miles better on about 60fps despite lower resolution.

It's not like the textures are 4k worthy anyways.

30 with 1% lows of 23 its very playable its still very smooth and even when recording its smooth

I mean if your "gaming" routine consists of playing poor quality indie titles like truck simulator and clicker games like banana on a 2004 laptop or "gaming" on a galaxy J7 I can see where you're coming from.

Claiming 30fps smooth in 2024 is not even considered a funny troll anymore. It's already become a boring meme at this point.

i cant play at 1080 as my TV is a 70inch and anything under 4k resolution does not fit the screen without it going to ♥♥♥♥ quality and it is "Fixed" your forgetting its capped at 30 fps cause of single V sync it very happy goes past 50 and or 60 fps(without overclocked) without v sync on but you don't need high fps..lol this is not call of duty ...fps don't matter here

That's a sign for not enough distance from eyes to screen. But I'm not gonna dictate you how you're supposed to play. Only thing I wanna say is there is definitely potential for a better experience without spending money. And it's not just about visuals. The input lag on 30fps or lower is unplayable.

buddy 30fps is smooth i got YouTube videos that prove that... if you don't have good PC then yes it wont be smooth. mine is great every game i play no matter how intense it is its
very smooth

Honestly can we exchange eyes because I'd love to be able to see 30fps content and call it smooth. It would make my life much cheaper.

Did you ever come to the thought that there's a reason that 144hz has basically become todays PC gaming standard and 240hz screens are about to take that spot? Did you somehow miss all the people who're moaning their game only delivers like 90fps on modern hardware?

I guess 60 fps should be standard since around 2010 now. Even most modern phones support 120hz and for good reason.

Honestly, be fkn happy that you seemingly don't know what you're missing out on.

But trust me, you could hardly be more wrong. And not just from the image quality standpoint. Ranging between 23-30 fps adds another 33-42ms of input lag ONTOP of the already existing input lag. The difference in experience on just 30ms input lag reduction is insanely huge.

30 fps is smoother on videos than games, just as smooth as your brain
