Anyone else bad performance?

Running around 50 fps with rtx 3070 on max settings

the latest update made my game run so much smoother then before.
now i`m getting a more stable 60fps at 4K max settings.

Same here, pegged at 60fps/4k with max setting and high traffic, zero stutters. It looks pretty darn good for a Unity game tbh.

OH WORD!? aight, ima have to re-download the game now and test for myself. Performance and the stutterd were driving me crazy that I had to stop playing despite how much I actually liked the game.

A lot of performance issues can be mitigated by simply using v-sync. I can run the game at much higher fps with v-sync off, but get stutters and tearing caused by the fps exceeding the refresh rate of 60hz. Since my monitor does 4k/60hz I play at 60fps rock solid smooth. If I go to 1080p my monitor will do 120hz, but I dont want to drop to that resolution. In a game like this 60fps is sufficient for me to enjoy.

Well for me, I have a 1440p and 144hz monitor
and even though Ive always been getting 90-130 fps since the game came out, it was not smooth at all and there were lots of microstutters. The frame timing was all over the place so the frames were not being delivered in a even and consistence pace, thus the game was looking like it was running at 40-50 fps even though the fps was showing something like 110.

But this update fixed that. now its as smooth as butter. hitting frames in the 100+, looks the way I'd expect it too.

i found out it was the bad internet connection i got here. Once i disconnenct the game got stable.

I'm not quite sure how that would affect fps stuttering but if it fixed it for you that's good news. Now you are not online though, but that isn't always a bad thing either, after all you can still play the game.

I do not understand as well, but even when iam offline i can see other racers. So i guess the game need some good connection to show them. Once i disconnect there gone and i can play..

Make a custom resolution using a refresh rate where you are 100% your pc will be able to adhere to. Maybe 75hz-85hz and use v-sync.It needs to be able to hold the fps to whatever the refresh rate is, one small dip=stutter.
