Where on Earth is the parking lot?

So I just bought a new car and had already redeemed the cars from the deluxe edition. When I bought the car, I got a message saying that the garage was full, and that the new car would be placed in the parking lot instead. I have checked the parking lots outside both showrooms and the car isn't there.

I also checked the parking lot outside my apartment and all of my other cars are there except for the new one! I definitely bought it...the money has gone out of my account.

Where can I find the new car?

Solved it...I had to buy a new apartment which came with extra parking spaces.

You have to manually add it to the new parking lot from the car selection menu.

How do you manually add it? I bought another spot the car isn't there, if I go into the dealership the car says I already own it, but on my car menu it's not there. Must I buy a second apartment? I only have 4 cars to swap between.

Open the map and then press Tab.
