well yeah i cant fix it somehow , its super laggy to the point where its unplayable... i did a fresh install ... didnt help

im at the intro , if i skip the intro the game gets super laggy , if i dont skip the intro it runs smooth... if i dont skip the intro and go the game menu it also gets laggy and unplayable. what is that lmfao

thats weird i can attest the game runs pretty "great" for me even though i would like DLSS. granted uhh it should probably look way better for the way it runs but I was expecting this lol but it still runs decent, 80-90fps at 4k everything maxed out, 3080ti 13700k

Oh no ... i did see stutters on high profile youtubers aswell with beast pcs ... i hope if there are performance issues that they will get resolved quickly.

Hmm Raupyyy how is your CPU usage during gameplay? Might be a CPU bottleneck if its very heavy on the cpu .,... although your cpu should handle it with no issue.

cpu usage is at 70% , i finished the intro now and the game doesnt stutter anymore , i hope it stays that way

oh well nevermind , i started the first race.. stutters are back , cpu usage is at 40% ... absolutely unplayble sadly

free roam works fine (well i get atleast no stutters and 80-90fps) , events stutter like hell

Any chance you got a very slow ssd?
I have a teamgroup vulcan Z 4tb as 2nd gaming ssd and that one gave me in certain games constant stutters that went away when installing that game on my faster samsung ssd.

Certain cheaper ssds are not really made for gaming - which is mindboggling but yeah.

i dont think its the ssd , i have samsung 970 evo plus nvme 1tb , all the other games on it work fine

I'm on an RX 6600 8 gb. Playing at only 1080p.

When it's night-time, I get constant drops from vsync 75 fps to under 60 fps. That is just not ok on a game that looks only "ok" and is a mobile port.

super disappointed...same problem happens when the game is installed on my hdd... i guess i have to wait for an performance update.. might refund the game tbh

Strange, I play with an old i7 7700k + RTX 3060ti + 16gb + sata ssd (1440p res) and I have 60fps all time, exept in start of race (with 1, 2 or 3 cars doens't matter, performance on race start is same, around 50fps).
Your CPU is much better than mine! Maybe there's something wrong with your rig.

blaming customers for a product not working properly never fixes a problem. Not to say you're blaming them, but it's odd that people will comment stuff like "well it works for me" as if we wouldn't all benefit from them making the game better or fixing it. Nothing is wrong with his pc the game is just quirky right now.
