Deluxe edition and missing DLC

Hi to all, I know all of you are already tired of the same discussion, but in case you guys didn't know, this is copy from their store on their website:

Don't forget that you get given the key from their site that you have to then activate on steam, which I'm wondering if anyone who has done that also got the drift and speedway DLCs from the deluxe edition from the key they got from their website?.

You need to write them an email with proof of your purchase within a timewindow when they had their description stating the dlc was part of it.

I sent them an email days ago and never received any key or answer sooo ... yeah.
Seems like all they do is collect the respect without doing the deed.

I wrote yesterday before going to bed, woke up to a reply, they infact do not give keys out, unless you bought it in the first 2 hours even tho it was written that youd get the DLC for over 14 days... :p Also the way they replied really made it seem like they do not give a single f about doing malpractice, but as I also wrote to them, thats just a loss on costumers, I most certainly am only ever gonna get cracked versions of CarX games now, atleast you get what you paid for in those, lmao

Well guys, I have some good news. After posting here I've sent them an email stating what they have on their website and proof of purchase (5th of October) and today in the morning received key which translate to this: "Your activation of CarX Street - Sunset DLC for Beta Testing was successful." I am not quite sure what this means but I have access to new part of the map and 4 new vehicles.

The thing is i have been within that time window where the price was cheaper but description said the dlc is included. I am eligable to get the dlc key since they promissed that in their statement.

At least you did get a reply - sad to hear they rly dont care and just try to polish their image up on the store page. Yeah will definately not buy anything from them ever again ... lesson learned XD

@krule For beta testing is often a tag used for keys that are either been created during early access or given out to beta testers etc. for free. It should be the same as a normal license if they dont revoke it at some point.
