Also do you have lagging/stuttering on game startup as well?
So it must be a hardware issue on my end, cause both my 2020 Acer Nitro 5 and Steam Deck does that during startup. I stuttering in races doesn't really happen til 15-30 min in.
It's on their side.
I have a 5600x, Rtx 3060ti and a M.2.
I'd like to post a video showing the problem but i don´t know where.
My friend and I played in a private StreetNET session, multiplayer without SP clubs and such, and we experienced no stutters. As stated before could be wrong, but this is the only real lead that has teeth at the moment for me.
This though leads me to believe the stuttering is from a failure to connect to these single player lobbies and it retrying connection.
I'm believing this to be true too, there are online requirements even for the single player portion, and it would seem that either it stutters when someone else joins or possibly the game does a connection check randomly or something along those lines. Whatever is causing this issue is making me stop playing. Some of the events are very close racing and when a stutter causes you to lose control and lose your race it becomes a rage-quit issue. This needs to be fixed asap.
