Mystery Car not received

Good. I placed 73rd in the most recent C4 time attack challenge which put me in the spot to receive the mystery car prize however, I have not seen any new car in my car list or in the dealership. How does one go about obtaining the prize or what is the procedure to obtain the car?

You have to wait until the time attack ends.

U still have to get it from the car dealer,
and even then only wenn U got a parkingspot free for it
same with all other award cars & DLC

The event ended yesterday so was wondering how come it still havent arrived

In the dealership it says I'm seeing 109/110 cars. Does it make sense to reinstall the game or leave as is because i dont want to lose my reward

I have the same problem. Gotten in the top 250 several times. For me the event will end 45 min before the time says the event is supposed to end so I restart the game and a screen will pop up stating your position, mine was 103 out of 250, then it says “Excellent result! Collect your Reward” then it’ll show like a picture of the covered mystery car, and underneath in a yellow box says “CLAIM REWARDS” then with the A Button next to it telling yo to press A to claim. I press it. NOTHING HAPPENS nothing gets added to my garages,( I made sure to have spare spaces the next time around) still nothing… idk what the prize is?

The mystery car system is simply broken. If you win a mystery car, you usually (always?) get nothing. It's happen to me. It's a known issue. It's been a known issue for a long time. There's no indication that it will ever be fixed. Maybe it will. Maybe it won't.

You can try contacting customer support and you might get something. Some people have reported being given ingame coins instead.

You have to go to the dealer to collect if you get a specific car from an event or from finding a full set of parts. If the model name of the car is specified, you can collect it from a dealer. If it's a mystery car, no name and covered in a sheet, no. No soup car for you!
