problem with saving

i have the italian version, and it don't save, probably 'cause i don't have the saving directory under the game folder, but i don't know what is the right name for the directory for the italian localization of the game. my os is win7... any suggestion?

ho la versione localizzata in italiano, ma non mi fa salvare, probabilmente perchè mi manca la cartella del salvataggio da fare sotto games, ma non so quale sia il nome corretto, qualcuno ha suggerimenti? il mio sistema operativo è window 7
