Annoying Controls

Ok, I don't know where to put this so im puting this here... I dout that anyonw who see this will know how to fix this, but yea...
So this is not just with this game, its with a few non-steam games I own, too. But I literally have tryed everything... Changing keyboards unpuging EVERYTHING (incuding things that would have nothing to do with it) but its like the [A] and the [S] keys are being held down... and sometimes (like in this game) it like the mouse is always trying to go into the top left cornner. I'm pretty good with tech myself but have no idea wtf is happening. It make games pretty much unplayable because it always going in one direction. If anyone knows what is happening, that would be great!

Hey, this sounds like a windows problem. idk how I fixed the probem but I deleted a bunch of things in Programs and Features, restarted my computer, and it worked...
