Before you clown me for making a thread titled like this, I really have to get this off my chest.

Where is it ever mentioned that Kainé has a dong ? I've played through the entire game, done all of the endings, did all of the sidequests and listened to the character's banter during them but I can't remember the part it was mentioned, I feel like I'm hallucinating whenever other people start talking about it.

I'd argue it's still really obvious in the English version by that "Ha, are you trying to act like a girl?" line the top commenter mentions, but I can see how it would be harder for people who don't know or understand much about trans people to pick up on. (Kaine is intersex, though in real life being intersex is a bit more complicated than having both male and female genitalia[my.clevelandclinic.org] + that line has a lot of similarities with transphobia specifically).
