Where are the new scenes in ending C

Heard there are new scenes in ending C. Where exactly are they, and where can I skip scenes safely?

There is really not much. Only new scenes in C are 3-4 short scenes with Popola & Devola discussing the events, those usually trigger when you move from one zone to another during the story. Cant really miss them and they are the kind where you need to progress the text boxes.
Also the Louise fight has a different last phase and when you leave Seafront after that fight you get one new cutscene.
Thats about it for "new" stuff in C.
