broken achievements?

Is it me or are a lot of the achievements to beat the bosses in certain times broken? I beat wendy, roc, grimoire noir and shadowlord under the times listed but didn't get the achievements (but I did get a few others like P-33, drive off devola/popola, etc)
has anyone else gotten these?

if your framerate isn't locked the timer moves faster, also the cutscenes and dialogue sections count towards the time so skip everything if going for those and do it on a NG+ since you'll destroy them quick from all the levels and weapons upgrades you have.

Every one I was supposed to get so far has worked, the ones I don't have I didn't do in the time required.

it runs fine for me, 60fps
I literally had a save file right before wendy, by the time I beat wendy I checked my steam overlay and only had 7 minutes on the current session, the achievement is for below 8 and a half minutes

I unlocked wendy just fine.

It could be glitched for you, I shouldn't act like that situation can't exist. I was just saying I can verify some of those at least working as I've acquired them.

I've gotten them all. Not sure if the times are correct but I have my game locked to 60 fps and didn't really struggle with any of them when I actually attempted the speed runs. Well I failed the mermaid one once but only due to falling off at an inopportune time.

So if there is a bug its not something that everyone encounters.

Cutscenes time counts... I recommend u to get the achievements while on route C cuz there are no new cutscenes on boss fights so u can skip those and get the achievements

I literally had the same problem vs Wendy cuz the cutscenes xD

In my case I beat Devola and Popola 1st battle in the required time but never got the achievement message. After the 2nd battle I checked my profile and the both achievements for the twins. So it can be buggy at times but like everyone else is saying just skip cutscenes or do them after you've leveled up more.
