only 10 FPS with 11700k and 3090

only 10 FPS with 11700k and 3090, any idea? Tried to re-load game and lock FPS to 60, but no use.

Do you have msi afterburner?? U can use the Riva Tuner overlay too see the ulitisation of your GPU. The game dont require a lot of gpu horsepower to run so maybe the integrated graphics is rendering your game instead of your 3090

I heard that recent windows updates been causing a lot of diffrent games to have poor fps or stutters so you could try to rollback the updates

Hey guys, really grateful for your advice.
The performance problem still didn't been solved.
I have disabled Steam Overlay, disconnected my controller, installed msiafterburner, selected 3090 in geforce physx setting, uninstalled KB5001330.
But the fps is still 10.......
It's really strange......

Are you sure it's not using your Intel graphics? Open the task manager while the game's running and check which GPU is currently more used.
Also, since some time, the GPU you selected in the NVIDIA control panel no longer affects the GPU chosen.
You need to go into Windows settings -> Display settings -> Graphic settings -> pick your 3090 as default here.

I think it might just be where the problem is.

The GPU usage for my 3090 is only 1-5% when i open the game.

But still, i can't find anything to choose in graphic settings......

My bad, looks like you cannot choose a default GPU through Windows, but you can force this game to use the 3090 nonetheless with some more clicks: https://pureinfotech.com/set-gpu-app-windows-10/

Yes, that's exactly where i found it.

but the options are power saving Nvidia geforce 3090 and high performance Nvidia geforce 3090......

Whatever i choose, the game won't use 3090 to run......

Just making a wild guess, but you might wanna check if your monitor is plugged in the GPU instead of the motherboard?

Alternativly disable the integrated GPU in the motherboard settings.

Hey, my game hat weird performance too (Running a 6900XT), where it was locked to unplayable fps. Assuming the integrated graphics isn't your problem you might try the following too. A fix that worked for me:
After I started the game and loaded my save, everything ran like crap. I simply went back to the title screen and reloaded my savegame. Now it ran at locked 60fps constantly. The only annoying thing is that you have to redo this every time you start the game, but otherwise my game runs perfectly now.
