RTX 3070, can't get 60 fps at 1440p?
I have an RTX 3070 and can't maintain 60 fps at 1440p on high settings, which seems odd. What kind of fps are other 3070 users getting?

Specs:
RTX 3070
i6-11400

Having same problems with Vega56 can't get beyond 64 to 74fps at 1440p with max settings

I seem to be locked in at 60 FPS (2080 Super) no matter what, on Max settings. Drops a few frames during cutscenes but apparently that's a known issue. The biggest issue is that the Series X controllers don't want to work, and when using an Xbox One controller, it works fine for a bit then slows the game to about 5 FPS til I turn the controller off and back on again. Super weird.
10900k and 3090 user

i changed resolution from 2k to 900p and lowest graphic settings but cannot get over 100fps

maybe engine limiter Hmm...

on 2k and max graphic settings i get the same fps near 100fps

hope someone find a fix for the speedup problem and uncap the in engine fps limiter or something

There seems to be something going on at higher resolutions with this game. I have a 3070 and at 4k I am getting 55-60 FPS. If I drop to 1440p I can get a locked 60 if I turn on vsync in the Nvidia control panel, but if I try to any resolution higher than that I can't lock to 60.

At 1440p my GPU usage is only 25%, and at 4k it is only 40%, so there should be more than enough headroom to lock at 4k 60.

MSI Gaming X Trio 3070, getting stable 60 with limiter on Nvidia control panel, if i left it off it skyrocketed making it look like Sonic. (Also had to force VSYNC off or it would limit to 48 fps sometimes giving weird stutters)

Ryzen 3800X
16GB 3200mhz RAM
MSI Gaming X Trio 3070

Everything on max, 1440p
Try using the SpecialK version for Nier Replicant, can grab it off their discord. There is a controller issue that can lower performance that SpecialK fixes..

posting this to help, go to the nvidia control panel and force Nier to use your graphics card it defaults to the integrated one, this may help alot of you it did me
Got a RTX 3060 ti, running this in 4K, everything set to max and getting steady 60fps with minor dips. But only since I forced vsync from the nvidia panel, before that it was really going up and down with no rhyme or reason. Your gpu is stronger than mine, so try that out if it works for you.

2070 super 49 inch ultra wide 3840 x 1080. I have not figured out if/how to change the video settings to account for the ultra wide screen ratio. Has anyone else figured this out?
Also have not achieved anything beyond 60 fps.

Overclocked my CPU/GPU out of curiosity and still no change. While it feels like the game was designed extremely well, I am not seeing an easy way to change these settings within the game options. [at this time I have not discovered a solution to either :( {DateSK.202104231930}]

If these "issues" were addressed and/or accounted for, I would 100% support a 10/10. So far the game is fantastic in all other play-ability/performance respects.

Loading up my save and then loading it up again seems to have gotten me to 60 fps. Locking it to 60 fps in the Nvidia Control Panel seems to work better than RTSS (which normally works better).

The game has forced VSync that you can't turn off, so it will run at whatever your monitor refresh rate is.

Mine was running at stable 144fps on my 3070 until I capped it in nVidia control panel to 65 since I'm not ready to try playing on turbo mode just yet (I will eventually tho, hoping they don't change that).

If your monitor is only 60hz, the highest you can run the game at is 60fps.

I'm confused, the game is running 100+FPS on the Steam overaly FPS counter for me and it feels like the game is in fastforward, yet there is no v-sync settings in the options...

lmao read my reply. If you don't want turbo mode, in your nvidia control panel set the replicant FPS cap to w/e you want it at. 60 for the "natural" experience.

The game has forced vsync, so if you have a monitor with higher than 60hz it's gonna run higher than 60 fps.

2070 none super doing 1440p 60 fps lock just fine on maxed out settings. Watching monitoring app I can see my gpu and cpu is in not stressed at all. Will try 4k later.
