It's gonna be in the game folder most likely, just like it's been virtually with every single "OST & Wallpapers" DLC so far.

Click on the game from the library tab and scroll down the page until you see manage my DLC in the right section of the page.

So are the wallpapers not usable as steam backgrounds and just for the desktop? Same with the mp3s?
