[SPOILERS] Getting Eagle Eggs after the Aery gets destroyed

I want to upgrade my Phoenix spear but in order to do that I need an Eagle Egg. I know that it spawns in the Aery but that place is gone from my playthrough. Any other way to get it?

You can get them from the DLC, but it requires you to get your first ending. It's probably faster to farm them there, it was for me at least. The DLC allows you to farm some other materials there too, like Pyrite.

I see, guess I'll find another spear to use and upgrade to max level. Any suggestions?

What about Captain's Holy Spear? Its a little bit weaker than Phoenix Spear (693 dmg and 80% magic on lvl4 holy spear vs 721 dmg and 80% magic on lvl4 phoenix spear) and its upgrade materials are a lot easier to obtain - 10 silver ore, 2 broken wristwatches, broken earring, 3 mysterious switches, moldavite and complex machine for lvl1-lvl4 upgrades. All materials are pretty easy to farm.
Also Virtuous Dignity is the strongest spear in game (around 800 dmg), but is has 0% magick. It requires some easy to get materials to upgrade.

Those two are what I ended up using as well, since I had the same problem with eagle eggs as OP.

RIght now I'm trying to get Subdued Bracelets and oh boy, do I hate it.

I farmed Subdued Bracelets for a certain spear as well. Took my 3 hours.

You can get them from the 3rd DLC floor, from the mansion.

You can spam reloads at the save point possibly. There's two item spawns outside of the city but I don't remember if they still appear when it's destroyed.

When you say "outside of the city" are you talking about Kaine's Camp or the Southern Plains? Because nothing spawns at kaine's camp post Aerie destruction.
