Unknown Game Version?

I started up Nier Replicant for the first time since the patch today and got an error message saying "This version of the game is not compatible with the patch! The game will run unpatched!" Followed by the game crashing. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game but I am still getting the same error. Any idea what the heck is going on?

The problem was the NieR Replicant High FPS Fix. You have to either update it or uninstall it.

If you want to run the game at high fps, you need to join the Special K discord, download Radical Replicant there and then the pre-patch exe file pinned in the nier channel

Random observation - not sure if anyone here has come across a similar issue., but if so i'd love to know how you fixed it....

I'm very keen to do exactly this. I found the Special K Discord link in another post, clicked it, accepted the 'Special K' invite and agreed to the Discord rules for this channel... however whilst the Discord page loads, all the messages are obscured (hidden) and I get the error 'Messages Failed to Load' and 'You do not have permission to send messages in this channel'.

All my other Discord channels are fine, it's just this one. I've tried leaving and re-joining the channel, reboots, different browsers and waited a few days to see if it was a temp issue.

Anyone have any thoughts?... I'm no Discord expert, so perhaps i'm missing a setting?
