The Protagoras PA...
no longer getting the option after repairing the Protagoras to install a copy of Edden/save a copy of Valhalla. A bug or working as intended™?

I'd put my money on bug.

Though I have seen mention of the idea that if you don't talk to the elders the option may not come up, but that I wouldn't be willing to put money on.

Thanks for your thoughts! fwiw just finished the playthrough and lo and behold given the choice to use the PA as if the copy has been taken. So... *shrug* clear as mud. Probably a bug. And yeah, the Elders have been visited at the time
