Eh, depending on what side of the world you're on each is correct with the other being wrong.

How to prononce ancient Greek is fixed, one of the reasons why Greek (likewise Latin) became lingua franca. Modern/living languages (British & Australian English ^^) are more flexible w/o rights or wrongs, right about that
