hit a bug that stops the story cold. at protagoras, Mission : man is the measure of all things.
I've researched the retractable telescope, i've all the resources, want to finish quest with my Tiqqun nearby, nothing happens when I click re-establish internal infrastructure. simply has red letters that say I've not met requirement, but i have met them all.

You need to actually build the telescope, not just researched it. Ran into the same problem, then I was like, "duh, I'm an idiot". You build it in the same place you built the VHOLE engine.

They need to add some QOL change like extra links, so if you can not do something on a mission, you can click on it and it will take you to the right spot in the tech tree or right build option to help people find the missing step
