IXION
SPOILERS! - Multiple endings?
Hello,
I just finished Ixion for first time and on first run (welll some reload was necessy due bad decisions or lack of game mechanics).

I have ending with colonizing Remus planet with green eco-maniacs and wind power stations completelly unable to defend ourself. OK.

But during playing I got some info that maybe there is more endings? I mean what are those levitating spheres inside some planets, eminating tachyons?

Why some members have different memory e.g. about dead relatives, but those relatives are live, like they come from parallel universe? Or why I found remains of Tiqqqun with dead body of people that are at the same time live on my Tiqquin?

And what about Romulus planet - it was not hallucinate, all saw it, my crew too via Observation .... I want to shut down ship P.A. and examine it - maybe we can colonize it without genetics modificatin? But event that those secret hjackers are warned me about P.A .... I can't found a way how to shutdown it.

Also why I can upgrade Colonizer train facility to 200 people per one batch, so it will be easy to train whole not working population to colonists? But it was completee waste in the game (biggest colonize event required just 150 colonists).

I think that there must be alternative ending , maybe if I did particular event on some order or some correct choices .... what do you think?

Did anyone has different ending?

Or maybe developers wanted to have more endings but due lack of time or money they didn't finished it till relase but still some events and technology remains in the game?

uh, in first chapter ? The ship computer says the clock does not match and there have clearly been significant length of time passed

Calculate of orbits deviations and planets placements can give you the time passed yeah.

As for the spheres, i assume the primary objectives was to trigger the metaphysics reflexion between the film Sphere (a must see) and the multiverse (which include time travel obviously).

I loved the fact that in one past event, i lost one of my science crew member sucked by one sphere (FASCINATED HE JUMPED IN krkrkrkr), and 1-2 chapters after, i find him fossilized, 200meters taller.

situations that I understood in the game. we are the prototype built to test the capabilities of the vohle drive. . if you remember in the tutorial it said something like if the tiqquin project is a success, it will serve as a guide for a bigger project the protagoras. But the prototype destroys the moon and ends up creating a civil war between Dolos and UN. when tiqquin returns eden says he has detected an advanced state in the solar system, which means that 20000 thousand years or more may have passed. the first thing that was done was to look for another vohle drive to replace the defective one (which caused the destruction of the moon). In each new chapter we find other ships that were built to reach remus and failed. the UN tried in every way to steal the codes that would lead to the exoplanet.

I did both endings, but I'm curious if there is another ending where piranesi manages to destroy remus and romulus.

Unfortunately the game only has two endings. Do you colonize romulus or join remus population. I confess that I was disappointed with the end of the game. I played it a few times to see if different settings could give different results, but no.

Soft lock. 'The promised land quest' does not trigger. I can build the sites but game does not prompt me to train colonists in chapter 5 leading to inaccessible ending (yes I did the prerequisites). Just submitted bug report.

That's the hidden good ending where you don't colonise either of the crappy planets and stay on your nice station.
