And as sirnicolas said, the storm is moving after tasks on the map.
i move all time on all sektors the mainship to finish quest or get resources it take lower time us wait till the little ships move
A) Don't scan stuff inside the space weather.
B) The space weather moves based on science objectives.
C) If it moves to an area covering the resource you are mining turn off that one.
D) Once you have space on the other side pack your ships up and move.
E) Eventually the storm moves out of the system and you can go back to all the nodes.
Yeah I saw that shortly after this post, haha, it was still a tad annoying to manually have to toggle off 20 deposits without a hotkey.
Thanks for the advice, I shortly found out about the moving weather after posting this, I think thats why I actually lost a bunch of ships because I was in the station building and didnt notice it had moved!
I lost most of my fleet as well before realizing the storm had shifted.
