missions requires "keys" that acquired from racing...........so its kinda dead loop.

I dont know on which server you are playing, but there are usally enough players online to play. If you play on asia or us then you rly might have trouble finding players since litterally everyone plays on eu (because most of the playerbase comes from europe and most of the other players are aware of that.).
