Project Torque was my childhood's absolute favorite game. I cannot believe it's coming back!

Lucky you bro, I found out about it back in september and got too annoyed and threw it off my list. Wish I didnt discover it till now instead of seeing what they did since september :(

when was this game pay to win Deus. PT was racing skills or your controller . Everything was easy to get in game, events was held by fastrxx often to get boosters, even dead last got you 3 boosters. I held many events at night with no boosters, give all players racing fun with some of the top crews at the time.

sure you could buy faster cars but everyone ran "same class" rooms and all the cars were all pretty well balanced
there were race girls back in old PT that would make you faster but they dont seem to be in this version

overall race skill makes way more of a difference
