I can't login!
Project Torque requires a third-party account to play the game. You can register here. https://community.projecttorque.racing/register/ Once registered, use your forum account username and password to log into Project Torque.

My controller/steering wheel isn't working!
Make sure Steam's Per-Game Input setting is disabled. Right-click "Project Torque" from your games library and open "Properties". Look for "Steam Input Per-Game Setting", and set it to "Forced Off". Then start your game and set up your controller from the Options Menu.


I'm having weird audio bugs, like clicking noises!
Make sure your audio device's default rate is set to 16 bit 44100 Hz. A guide to fix this is here. https://community.projecttorque.racing/threads/audio-clicking-fixed.154/


My mouse cursor isn't working!
This is a known issue tied to a recent .NET update issued by Microsoft. A fix is being worked on, but no further help is available at this time.


One of the servers is full!
Servers might show as full if they've been temporarily shut off or during restarts. This will not affect gameplay at this time, so choose whatever server is open and works best for you. The Test Server is a developer testing environment and should always show as full unless enabled and in use by Project Torque staff.

Have set input setting to forced off, and also tried running game as admin. Still unable to map controller.

"Unable to connect to the login server, please check Your' internet connection" is what I get EVERY single stinkin time I try to play... I have a brand spankin new modem, internet installed less then a week ago, that is FAST cable internet on a wired LAN cable, on a gaming laptop I bought last week too, & for SURE have everything setup correctly, so there's something SERIOUSLY wrong with either Your' server, or the game's netcode... I'll try to reinstal, but after what Project Torque (The original) turned into years ago [1/2 the players were using hacks, & bots, & You guys did NOTHING to stop Them], I'll just cross My fingers, & pretend like this game will run, be better then before, & NOT full of losers using bots!?!?!

Verifying the game's file cache, & reinstalling both did nothing, Your' game is obviously only setup to work for people with no firewalls running, I guess the reason You people never did anything about the hackers in the original Project Torque, is because YOU are a bunch of hacker losers, & encouraged it while You all hacked up user's P.C.s worldwide... There's a special place in Hell for You punks, right next to Bill Cosby, I hope You like pudding pops in Your' ears, and pineapples up Your' rear 10x a day!

slow down this isnt invictus this is some indie dev thats just trying to restore most of the game to how it was back in when invictus was around and eversince the game was brought back to be playable I haven't seen a single hacker just rammers that are avoidable

Something that the developers forgot to program is resolution options. Why in all of hells kitchen is it locked to 1024x768? Hardly anyone uses CRT monitors over VGA anymore. Most of us want 4k friend

im literally putting my password and username correctly in the login screen, but it does not even work! Im logging in with the third party account that you guys said thats the only way to login im writing my password and username from my forum account correctly and i still cant even login.
