Heat Online was a very late version of the game.
Freeroam was actually removed in the last version of the game because it was so buggy.
That wasn't the first time. The game was originally Project Torque. Heat Online was just the noob sauce version of it (physics-wise) that came out after Project Torque left Aeria Games. Heat had free roam, but unrealistic physics compared to PT
That's not true , how else would you practice laps to get your line down perfectly without having to worry about other people.
I'm not saying a full free roam open world map , but at least give us the option to set a game solo so we can practice lap times and improve
