Dialogue sound problem

Is anyone else not hearing the voices for the dialogue? I could hear them in the demo, but now I can't even hear the dialogue at the intro (I can hear dialogue during the cinematic that plays before you are in the elevator but that's about it). There is some dialogue but it's only when either dock or leave a planet/space station. Did they remove the voice acting or am is this an actual problem?

The dialogue is mostly text-only pending final implementation of voice acting

There are only very few voiced lines, final product will have full voice acting.

Some of the placeholder VA were cut out at some point. Not a good decision in my opinion—better them than nothing.
