Switch Pro Controller Not Working

Hello, it seems that for whatever reason, no matter what I do I can't get my Switch Pro Controller to work. It shows that it loads the config for it, but doesn't work. Is anyone else having this problem?

I am having this problem with PS4 controller and now the game refuses to open at all. To be precise the game has never opened before, but it said my controller was using remapping software (DS4) and exited but still won't open. This game seems to hate controllers...?

I've got the same problem like, I connect my Nintendo Switch Pro Controller to the PC, Windows recognize it, but Steam doesn't..

I gave up and refunded game and will get it on Switch instead. Game literally wouldn't run on my PC. :( Sad. Definitely not Steam's fault, all my other games work fine on Steam since 2004. :/

This game is not compatible with the Switch Pro. You'll have to either bind keyboard keys to the buttons or play with a different controller/keyboard.

How can I find your configuration? I can't find any attachment in your comment. (Forgive me I'm new to Steam)

If you plug your controller in and click on "Controller Configuration" on the game in the Steam library, you can navigate to community configurations and select his.

Thanks. I really enjoy your config. The only quirk is absence of WASD keys needed for Kill-Ballad. I'll try configuring my directional keys later.

Thanks. I really enjoy your config. The only quirk is absence of WASD keys needed for Kill-Ballad. I'll try configuring my directional keys later.

which controller is supported for this game?

I tried my steam controller and it does not seem to work. I tried a PS4 controller and it did not work either. I had my PS Controller pretend it was a xbox controller and it did not work either.

While the workaround with using keyboard commands works on the controller it results in showing WASD input in the kill ballad instead of the controller keys. Which might be doable but it's quite slow having to think about which key maps to which.

PS4 and Xbox controllers seem to work. Not sure why they didn't for you, did you try launching the game in Big Picture mode?
