WRONG! This update was just posted today. It will be fully translated in not very long from now at this rate.
I assume the Russian translation, while it's not out yet as it seems, will be a patch to the PSP release.
The CoZ English translation however will be a Windows port based on the X360 release made with their own tools of the MAGES engine built from scratch. That's why it's taking a lot of time (and of course because their main focus before were Steam improvement patches on S;G, S;G0 and Chaos;Child).
Not to disregard your comment of course my friend, just wanted to give some insight.
What exactly do you mean "questionable functionality" it's a visual novel, it only has to show text and have buttons to click on events. I didn't read the whole VN but so far everything's working properly.
There is already a way to play the Xbox 360 version on PC, I have it here and it's working fine, I don't know japanese though so I'm reading the Ren'Py port. Why is CoZ working on their own port if there's already a perfectly fine one out there?
The port from the x360 version is better in that regard, but still flawed. The settings are really awful to "scroll", and tips can't be read completely.
The psp version is also censored. No idea about the Renpy port. Depends on what it was ported from.
