Report a translation problem
Two major reasons:
1. It goes entirely against the concept of what The Backrooms even is, and would totally destroy the atmosphere.
2. As far as technicalities go, it is almost an impossibility to have multiple players, based on the way that the levels generate and degenerate behind the player. Not impossible, but it would require a complete overhaul of the initial design, and take a long, long time to create properly and with quality (we are talking many months, if not a year, just for that feature).
