Cant upgrade game to super edition

The only option is buy as a gift, and i want helmet less ryu :(

just got it now (im guessing they just put it back) i bought the game first and was able to purchase the super addition upgrade for myself right after.

also its cheaper to do it that way as buying it as a bundle it more expensive??? i dont even....

In my case, Street Fighter Pack is ₽339.70.
I paid ₽186.58 for Collector's to Super Upgrade Kit.

I'm currently experiencing an issue where my game never updated and caused all sorts of weird crap to happen when I tried to reinstall it. The download for reinstalling it never finishes, and everything was fine prior to this SF Pack release.

I've cleared my cache, tried other servers, verified the file integrity, literally everything suggested by steam and nothing has been working. It gives me a Disk Write Error on the downloads page without giving me any sort of error code pop up like it should be doing when this type of thing happens. I've reinstalled onto other drives several times, ect ect. You all get the point. I've tried literally all I can think of.

Does anyone have some sort of idea what could be doing this? Like is it just a faulty update on my end? Or like did the fact I got just the Ryu and Chun packs just break my game or something?

Can you try installing the game on a second computer? Not even play, just to install. Then maybe you can transfer the installation to an external drive and bring it over to your main computer.
If you've never moved a Steam game before, you have to do it in the client. Right click on the game in your library, click properties and then local files. There you'll see an option to move the game to different drives.
