Does this game have mod support?

I've been thinking of buying this game, but I really enjoy games with mod support and I haven't been able to find any answers either way as to whether this game is easy to mod and find mods for. Does it have a Steam Worshop page?

We are not currently supporting the workshop or mod. However, we are planning to add some modality functions that the user can manipulate in the patch later on.

Even unofficial mods would be cool. But it seems nobody wants to dive into modding this game. :/
