If you mean slow downs and dropped frames, my computer is 5 years old and the game stays above 60FPS 99% of the time. I don't feel any slowdown, but this mostly depends on your computer's specs.

If you mean online network play, online co-op feels smooth to me as well. I've been testing with people across the world and it has been working pretty well.
