Have you also done the basic troubleshooting of verifying game integrity, updating drivers, etc?
Can't help unless you follow the pinned thread on reporting bugs. Please provide your player.log files for when this happens.
Same issue, cannot pass the player data loading screen since the last update.
Tried to restore and uninstall / reinstall many times with no effect.
Player file shows an issue with dll:
