System requirements
I was reading the reviews on Outbrk, because I haven't bought it yet, and many people were complaining about performance issues. I have a Amd Ryzen 5 5800x and a Amd rx 6800xt, the question is will achieve over 60fps on 1140p or chould I even achieve 4k with 60fps.

Me with a 4070, I don't even achieve 60 fps with 4k on this game. The max graphical setting you're realistically going to want to go is 1440p or 1080p along with setting cloud step size and cloud downsampling to max.
