Hydrosaur 1 bone left

As title says I need 1 more bone. Anyone know where the head is?? Been looking everywhere and cannot find. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I learned about a tip from Hybridsteel on YouTube. Go into your save games folder and duplicate your save and rename it something that makes it obvious it's a throw-away save game. When you load up your throw-away save, make sure creative is checked, then go get the flying hat and the hourglass. Change it to night time and pause the time with the hour glass, then fly around until you find the last piece. It should be the same location as your regular save game. Otherwise, the pieces all spawn at 64 different possible locations.

three popular last places are:
1. side of volcano: go up the path to the point where you take that sharp right to the elevator. look out over those two fences at the side of the volcano and there is a path of snow that should be pretty obvious.
2. the town on the coast (with the melter): if you walk around the outside of the wall on the volcano side there can be one there.
3. under the bridge: the town next to the river (with the incinerator) has a small almost unnecessary bridge in front of it. the bone can be next to the water

I've hit all those already and I'm down to the 36th bone. I found two in the Ice Plateau's surrounding the Arrival Port, and found most of the others that are immediately adjoining the road around the island. Still need to find ONE MORE Bone...

I'm missing 2.
This thread helped me find 1 mone (the one outside the wall of shattered town)

I created a new save, made it night, and flew around in circles for an hour finding nothing new.

Can they spawn in the "LAVA" areas? Those would be really hard to see, and I've been fooled by "lava glow" enough that I tend to turn a bit of a blind eye to those areas (but I flew over them just the same)

Can they spawn in the blind fog area where you can't see anything? I tried flying up over the "clouds" to get a good look, but at that point I maybe am too far to see the glow effect.

I did find one bone right outside the harbor in the barrens. Might be a bit hard to see due to the fog.

Okay, so with that one, and the one outside the fence of shattered, there's 1 more to find.

Super disappointed that they are spawning them in the area you can't see anything. Feels mean.

I found my last one on the shore, almost in water, north of the town with the scrapper. So check the shorelines. There might be one there.

I didn't catch any luck on the shorelines (outside of the bone by the harbor that was mentioned.)

I've rerun all the canyons 3 times, and been poking around the lava fields.
Anything on the MOT island? I haven't check that over.

I never found any on ot Island. And as far as inknow they do not spawn in lava. Just snow. Sorry your not having any luck. It took me 3 IRL days of playing to find my last one.

I'm starting to become paranoid that I've picked up a bone somewhere and accidentally deleted it somehow, or maybe went to drop it in the truck and missed and didn't notice and it's lying on the ground somewhere without sparkles.

Turns out there are 2 spawn points on the volcano, so this map helped me find everything. I still had to go check all the spots, but at least knowing ROUGHLY where everything spawns I wasn't going all over the map driving myself crazy.
