Bonk. achievement help?

Trying to get all the base game achievements before jumping into the DLC and this one is alluding me, run over 25 NPCs. I'm driving into them at full speed with multiple different vehicles and it just phases through them and I've done it well over 25 times. The only achievement guide I find just says "hit 25 NPCs with a vehicle" so that's not really helpful. I'm really not sure what I'm missing, any help?

Have you tried hitting them while they are walking on the roads at the beginning and end of the days?

I have played 35 hours and somehow didn't know the NPCs could walk around lol I'll definitely try that

Yeah, wow, you can only bonk them when they're walking around. I just always slept when it started getting dark so I never encountered them walking around, thanks so much mate

Ever since the DLC released, I noticed that the NPCs never really walked around anymore. Then I decided to check all the spots in Bastion that I've seen NPCs offering quests, and they are all standing in their spots either with or without quests. I just assumed they made it so NPCs couldn't be knocked around by vehicles anymore, and Totally forgot there was an achievement for it!

Hey folks! Sorry about this, we have a fix in testing at the moment, expect the NPC's to resume their daily activities and be victims of your vehicular collisions once again soon.

if you hit them at not full speed they will only get bonked a few feet forward and you can bonk the same person a lot.

I was about to report this achievement as being unobtainable, glad to hear it's getting fixed soon :D
