It doesn't. Just had to use it to clear up an, erm, accident. :p
I don't see it as an issue.
It is an failsafe option to clear offending objects after all. You only have to use it if you want/need to and it would be separate from clear raw ores , dirt options.
Tho i am pretty sure it would be possible to add exception to stacker and compressor that would make the clear veggies and clear gem command ommit those like clear raw dirt/ore command does with stuff on the sorters.
But it's your opinion i guess.
I just want an easy option to clear all the horrific cut gem spills and all the veggies that fall under the map so they don't accumulate to the point of being a performance/save problem
Since these are loose objects after all.
I can make more afterwards.
It's Hydroneer there is always more where that come from. Gems and even veggies are easy to amass in large quantities once you are set up with a drill rig / semi automated farm with seed mill.
And those are the only scenarios where you would have to worry about large quantities of veggies / cut gems causing problems. So getting 100-1000 weight gems back would be of no problem after you "fixed" your save.
With no easy way to clear them.
And i know they were underground cause i once fell under the map upon save load and saw them all there.
Mostly beets and carrots are prone to falling under the map when using Hydrocropper to farm them. Did see some tomatoes there too tho.
