About drill
May I ask if the LV1 drill can dig cloutium and core quarry these two?
Why is the drill bit unable to move when digging to the bottom at the beginning?

OK, short and sweet. T1 Miners CAN DEFINITELY produce Cloutium. The Miner just needs to have the base sited BELOW the surface level. Use a Shovel or a Pickaxe to dig down and a Rake to level the Dirt. Do note that when SHOVELING Dirt, you can get Cloutium and Corestone near surface level, such as when starting out. Just make sure you PLAN for getting all 5 Ores in your Sorter/Smelter space.

T1 Miners can ONLY work in T1 Dirt. Once you get down to the bottom of T1 Dirt, you just need a single shovel of Dirt on top of the T2 Dirt to allow a T1 Miner to operate.

I hope that answers your questions. If you have other questions related to placement and operation of Miners, feel free to ask here. If your question relates to a different piece of equipment, I'd suggest starting a separate Discussion.

Short and sweet answers:
1) Only cloutium and only at deeper levels
2) Drill needs a piece of dirt underneath it to operate.

First of all, thank you both for your answers
I dug a little down in the ground and leveled it with a rake, but sadly nothing happened

According to what the second person said, if I dig a little down, the corestone should also come out?
On the other side, I dug to the bottom and spread a piece of soil underneath to level it out, and there was cloutium, so I have to dig to the bottom and put the soil before it will come out?

He never said that, he said Only Cloutium. Corestone is a newer type of material added recently, and I don't think it can be found with T1 drills. But you can find it by hand with T1 tools.

I see, I made a mistake, thank you very much

I ran into this myself just recently started playing hydroneer. T1 will get you Cloutium. Take the Cloutium to Icehelm with iron and craft t2 drills. I found the easiest place to get to t2 dirt was the Icehelm area where you can build. Just dig back some with t2 tools until you can't anymore. easier then digging down. The starting area I think is, ember cradle, does not have t2 dirt if you dig down. You can only go down 6 squares there. I believe t2 is after 8. The t2 dirt will produce Corestone but at a slow pace. I'm kinda assuming t3 drill and t3 dirt will be much faster at collection. I hope this helps, I spent hours panning and redoing builds trying for corestone all do be doing it fwrong.

Ok, so far I have roughly mastered the gameplay of this game, but there are still many places to explore, such as what does the soil look like in T2, what does T3 look like, and how to connect the logical water pipes to make it fully automatic. Thank you for your help.

For T1 and T3 drills you can literally have them suspended in mid air, and just grab a shovel full of dirt and whack it directly onto the drill head, and it'll work fine. T2 kind of work the same, but they have a kind of weird hitbox and the drilling surface isn't as clearly visible, but you can still just build a tiny pile of dirt in the middle of a tile and place it on there.

The EASIEST (and Richest) way to find T2 and T3 is to take a T2 Pickaxe and dig down until it won't dig any further (make sure you have a way to get out or you'll have to use the Unstuck button from the Main Menu). That'll be the bottom of T2 and the beginning of T3. Note that Ember Cradle (EC), which is the starting Mine Site, ONLY has T1 Dirt. Most other sites have T2 and T3, and the only one that's different is Icehelm, where everything goes INTO the wall sideways, not down vertically. Richer Dirt is farther into the wall...

For T3, similarly, take a T3 Pickaxe and dig down (or into the wall) as far as you can. I do not believe there is a plan to create T4 Dirt.

In fact, I only unlocked MILDEWS AQUIFER now. The land T1, T2, and T3 are quite clearly marked. The soil of T1 and T2 looks the same. Only the soil of T3 has a rock shape, but thank you very much for letting me know this information in advance.
