cant use 2 pipes in the diagonal conveyor

Can you clarify what you mean?!? Unless you're using a MOD, vanilla Hydroneer does not have a diagonal Conveyor, so I'm confused by your comment... If you're talking about the VERTICAL Conveyor, then you have one that points up and a second that continues forward, but that's all I got...

so sorry yes i mean vertical, i call it diagonal because its at an angle idk why, but still cant put 2 curve pipes in

You can. Items on belts ignore physics so they will just move through the tiny bit of pipe you are upset about.

Place the Pipes, then place the Vertical Conveyor on top of the Pipes. I'd also suggest using the Construction Hammer to lock the Pipes down, before placing the Conveyor, but I have done that afterwards. One can also place a T-Pipe, with the 3rd side pointed upwards, followed by an Elbow that connects to upwards pointing side of the T-Pipe, and points in the same direction as the 3rd side of the T-Pipe.

A Straight Conveyor then follows the Vertical Conveyor at the height of the Vertical Conveyor. That Pipe is then closed with a Cork and the Dirt (or Ore) drops onto a Straight Conveyor, off the end of the raised Straight Conveyor.
