Mods, how install

Good day, I would like to ask if it is possible to add mods to a world that is already played and I have played some time in it. Please help me. Thank you

You install MOD's into the Game itself, not the Saves. It can be done from within the Game. Start up the Game, go to the MOD's page from the Main Menu, select the MOD(s) you want to install, then go back and open the Save. It should work.

Just be aware that some MOD's have dependencies on OTHER MOD's and that'll be listed under the MOD. For example, the BulkBuyCrates and StorageCrates MODs require the HMLLoader MOD to be installed for them to work...

The worst case scenario, you start the Game, install the MOD(s), quit to Desktop, and restart the game to get them to work. Beyond that, if you have any questions about a specific MOD, just speak up. Someone will respond.

Yeah, I did that and it says I will no longer get achievements on my save, but the mods still don't work. Am I missing something?

Well, you bumped an old post and a NUMBER of things have happened since the original Discussion was posted. Depending on WHAT MOD you are trying to use, it may be outdated and no longer work. If the MOD Creator has not updated the MOD for v3.0, which came out at the beginning of April, then you'll have to contact them to update the MOD. All MOD's need to be updated so check the date the MOD was last updated. If it's before April 5th, then the MOD will probably not work...
