Dreck Quarry Questions

So i mined all the way to the bottom of dreck quarry and setup some cloutium drills, but all they do is make a "tink" sound and dont actually mine the bottom floor.

Than you are to deep and trying to mine T3 dirt. T2 drills only work between surface level and 15 blocks down.
