how to use bed

Tried everything and can't use it. Left click several times, nothing. Is there a special location you have to put it first?

Hey,

Pick up the bed using E, left click whilst holding it to enter place mode. Place the bed down. Once placed, you can left click the bed to use.

You cannot use the bed if it isn't on your own land, it must be placed down.

Thanks, Itchy. Followed advice, lost bed to the dirt when I left clicked while holding it with E button. Now have to buy another one??? Still didn't work. :-(
